What can I list for Sale on CrossPlastics?
CrossPlastics provides a safe and fun platform to allow anyone to buy, sell and trade new & used Plastic Industry Stuff. All items MUST be related to the Plastics Industry as that is our focal point.

Can I open my own store on CrossPlastics?
Absolutely! If you are planning on selling 30 items or more / month, we encourage you to open your own store on CrossPlastics, upload your own logo and brand yourself as a great place to buy new/ used Plastic Industry Stuff. See our 'Fees' page for more information on the costs.

How long can I list my item(s) for?
If you are listing an item as an auction, you can list it for 1, 3, 7, or 30 days respectively. We recommend starting with either a 7 or 30 day listing. If you are listing an item for a fixed price, you may choose the option of listing it for an indefinite amount of time (until it sells).

How do I get paid for an item that I sold?
Buyers are required to pay for their purchases within 48 hours of a listing's end. Sellers must have a PayPal account or Amazon Payments account in order to receive payment (unless you have the ability to accept major credit cards offline). Buyers are Not required to have PayPal or Amazon Payments Account.

How do I use the "Buy Out” button?
The Buy Out button is used to immediately purchase an item from a seller. Once you purchase the item by using the Buy Out button you have 48 hours to pay for your purchase. As with any purchase agreement, your final bid offer or Buy Out action is a binding contract between you and the seller. If you have a concern about being able to follow through with a transaction, communicate that clearly with the seller, but it will be the seller's discretion to accept or not accept a buyer's withdrawal from the transaction.

How do I know if my purchased item has been shipped?
Sellers are required to enter tracking information once the item is shipped. You can view the tracking information once logged in, in the “Members Area” on the website.

How do I cancel my listing?
You can cancel a listing by selecting "End Listing" on the listing page or from your account dashboard. A listing which has active bids can only be cancelled prior to the last 12 hours of the auction's end time.

How do I know how to describe the condition of my item?
On your listing form, you will see “Item Condition” where you can choose one of the 5 condition designations: New, Used, Needs Work, Prime & Scrap.

Can I include contact info in my descriptions?
Both in listings and in store descriptions, we do not permit the inclusion of phone numbers, email addresses, or URLs pointing to other websites where the item is for sale.
