PLASTIC, MOLDING AND EXTRUSION MATERIAL, CELLULOSE ACETATE

1. SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION

1.1 This specification covers certain general purpose plasticized cellulose acetate compounds suitable for injection molding (see6.1).

1.2 Classification

1.2.1 Cellulose acetate compounds covered by this specification shall be of six grades designated H4,H3,HZ,H,MH,and Min order of decreasing flow temperature, tensile strength, but increasing impact strength as specified in table I.
