Sellers: It is only when you are a Seller of products that you are required to have a PayPal or Amazon Payment account (unless you have the ability to accept credit card transactions), so that you can receive payment (your money) from a Buyer at the end of a sale. PayPal and Amazon Payments are designed for those individuals who do not have the ability to accept credit cards.
